In response to increasing global market demands for high-precision components—particularly complex medical titanium implants and aerospace structural parts—Yu Xin Precision officially launched its upgraded state-of-the-art manufacturing workshop.

The expansion incorporates advanced European CNC equipment and lean value-stream layouts designed to streamline workflow, eliminate bottlenecks, and significantly reduce operational lead times for global OEM customers.

State-of-the-Art Equipment & Streamlined Production

The upgraded 5,000 m² facility introduces over 40 lean manufacturing cells, multi-axis turning-milling centers, and high-precision horizontal machining centers imported from Germany. The workshop layout is mapped around value-stream optimization to eliminate unnecessary material handling and ensure unbroken quality control loops.
